It's not what you experience, it's how you experience it.

The more adaptable to change you become, the more you practice acting with fear and without courage, the less those will be a distraction to you. Instead of being clouded by fear, worry, and stress, you will be able to see beyond. You will see new opportunities, new potential, both in the moment and in yourself. You will no longer stand in your own way. You will no longer be allowing fear to confine your potential.

Don't just see a person for their mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. Be gentle, forgiving, and compassionate.

Base your self-worth on yourself, on what you, not others think.

It is OK if people don't like you, don't like what you do, or how you do it. Remember, you are living this life for YOU.

Consider that you are not always going to be right in the way you interpret another person's words or actions. In the same way, as others are sometimes wrong about your intentions. Be a little more patient, a little more kind, a little more forgiving. Take a moment, take a breath, pause before you react. Don't be so quick to write people off.
