If anything or anyone removes peace from you or inflicts confusion and judgment on you, this thing or person is not of God regardless of whether or not that person or thing has wrapped itself/himself in the wrapping paper with God's face printed all over it. Don't stop believing in God but stop believing in that person, in that thing. The wrapping paper with God's face stamped all over it isn't really God.

You're taught to "be grateful" for everything. But have you ever been taught to "be grateful" for yourself? In 2020, be grateful for yourself. Make that a promise.

People like to catch lights and put them inside their jars, so they can say they're lightkeepers. They like to capture bolts of lightning, the aurora borealis, flames and rainbows. If you are any of these, your friends and family and random passersby are going to want to control you in one way or the other. Don't be captured. Don't be put into their jars.

Don't let a thief into your house three times. The first time was enough. The second time was a chance. The third time means you're stupid.

Don't let your heart fall into perceived kindness right away. You might be taking a person's light, putting it onto a thousand candlewicks, only to discover that the light was not a flame, that it was only a faint and unreliable reflection. Very few people are truly kind. Hold the hands of the ones who are.

What is right, is not always what is just. A lot of our stories in history remain unjust, not because of the wicked, but because of the righteous who stood in the way of justice. Some are for what is right and others are for what is just. I'm for what is just.

There is much discussion about consent within the context of sex. But consent is about so much more than that. Consent is about time and it's about energy. It's also spacial in scope. Physical space and mental space. People will act entitled to your time, energy, and space. They need to understand that they're not entitled to these things; these things require your consent.

To one degree or another, generally, people feel comfortable within their own echo chambers. Surrounding themselves with many others who share the same religion, eat the same food, share the same spirituality, etc. The problem with that, is, you never become who you were meant to be, you never come face to face with yourself and with your angels and your demons, you never become MORE. Because you're just echoing back into yourself what's already a part of you.

There are lots of principled people who cannot live from their hearts (because they just don't know how to). They walk around, living their lives, full of their principles. But they don't live from their hearts. People like that are not even alive, they're not even alive. Do not ever make me apologize for my madness. I live from a heart full of madness.
