This unfortunate incident is certainly not indicative of our destination, as we are known for our warm hospitality.

The number one thing is to do a couple of training rides. What we typically see is that this might be the first ride of the year. Someone that's out of shape can go the distance, but in terms of having an enjoyable experience, it's certainly better to have done a few rides beforehand.

We're very sympathetic to these kids and the many others that have enrolled here. My goal is to make them feel welcome, give them the opportunity to feel more stable and be a member of this football team. Certainly any coach would be proud to have them.

I think it certainly creates the dominant company in the space.
