Fear wraps our bodies in clothing, love allows us to stand naked. Fear clings to and clutches all that we have, love gives all that we have away. Fear holds close, love holds dear. Fear grasps, love lets go. Fear rankles, love soothes. Fear attacks, love amends.

At the critical juncture in all human relationships, there is only one question:What would love do now?No other question is relevant, no other question is meaningful, no other question has any importance to your soul.

Ultimately, all real communication is about truth.And ultimately, the only real truth is love.That is why, when love is present, so is communication.And when communication is difficult, that is a sign that love is not fully present.

I've come to believe that total nakedness, that is absolute transparency, that is utter and unfettered and profound visibility, is the only way that we can truly love. Anything less, is self-defense.

Help People Know They're Loved (Part 2) Spend the rest of your life giving people back to themselves, that they might love themselves. And show them by how you are with them that you know there is nothing they are lacking, nothing they are missing, nothing they need, nothing they are not.
