Soul many reasons to be happy!

What is my recipe to happiness? To focus daily on my mind, body & spirit. To forgive others & myself. To be a better me & love out loud!

When you the river of drama going past you then you have a choice to get in or stay on the shore and watch it from the bank. Awareness is everything!!

This is my story and although I don’t know the ending yet, as I look back I can find empathy for myself and the beautiful mess I made along the way. As I look forward I get so excited to see what the next chapter holds.

The shadows of my fears are much greater than my reality! Changing my thoughts to change my life!

My life has been kissed by the sunshine and drenched by the rain; both have helped me grow. The Sun gave me a glimpse of God’s Beauty and the Rain taught me to walk in Faith. Good or bad, right or wrong, its my life and hopefully I can find the beauty in the journey!

A happy person can always enjoy the scenery when life takes them on a detour.
