It was a big win for us. Playing against old teammates, it was big for me.

Aikido is more practical in comparison to other Karate classes where you learn to hurt people. We learn to use attacker's own strengths against them.

You're not going to get better throwing against guys who aren't as good as you. You might as well throw against guys 100 times better.

Execution-wise we had too many penalties offensively. We had too many mental errors offensively, turned the ball over too many times, and you can't do that against a good team.

There was no pressure tonight against the European champions, we had nothing to lose,

We played a good third period and had some scoring chances. But against a team like that, it was much too little, much too late.

It was certainly a lot better than last Saturday's performance and maybe the lads have recovered their self belief. I've made it clear however that there's no point in us raising our game against Rangers and Celtic if we can't produce results against the teams in the lower part of the league. I know its going to be a roller-coaster ride for the rest of the season - there will be plenty ups and downs but I'm enjoying every minute of it.

It was fun playing against my former teammates and my old team, ... We came out with a win and that was our main focus.

It?s too bad. I liked our chances against them.
