If we talk about next year, I think over 2,000 buildings are going to be converted. By looking at real estate agents' multiple listings service, and by looking at buildings for sale that are six units or less, you can bet that most of those are going to be converted.

That's a lot of people who want to bet. The bigger issue here is how many people actually bet on sports.

You can't bet sports every day. With baseball, people start off excited in April, but by June, July, only professional players are still betting. With football they get a break -- they're burnt out by Monday or Tuesday, then by Thursday they're ready to bet again.
