You have the ability to choose your reactions.

Your life is a print-out of your thoughts.

There's a flow to life... You win, you lose. People come, people go. There are smiles, there are tears. It's a cycle we don't control the details of; only how we respond... And in this cycle of change, I have noticed that there is a clearing of space, which I sometimes view as things falling apart, that comes before something great happens.

Mindset matters: The sun just rises and sets…The awe, inspiration, romance, and renewal is within you.

If you’re not careful, you’ll confuse comfort for belonging. There are some places and situations you get used to, but it doesn’t mean you belong there. 

Pretending not to be hurt isn't healing. If you want to HEAL from it, you have to DEAL with it.

Today is a great day to reconnect with who you are. Not the You that everyone else convinced you to be... but the real YOU. Stop playing small for other people's comfort. Reconnect with the power you have to overcome adversity and to shape your life. It's a new day... and ti's time for your BADDASSS self to rise and shine!

Sometimes... After all the heartache, tears, and chaos, things seem to fall into place. I am in love with the serendipitous poetry with which the universe expresses itself.
