I think one of the things you need to realize, is that the things that you think you need in life are not, the things you, as a person need, they are the things that other people tell you that you need.

For some reason, there is this façade that life should be full of happiness and without its suffering. Which, actually makes us suffer even more. Because when we get sad or something bad happens, we do not only feel bad about the thing itself but we also feel bad because our life is not the way it is supposed to be. Not realizing suffering and sadness is just a part of life and they are inevitable.

Before I continue, I just want to write about living every day like your last one. I don’t agree with it at all. You will die one day but you will live thousands of days. So, living your thousands of days according to just one, seems like a bad idea to me.
