    Our breaking point for knowing whether it was a good promotion to do or not is whether we sold enough tickets to cover it. In the past we've looked at things very simply: We spent $2,000 for this promotion; that means we've got to sell 200 $10 tickets and anything else beyond that is gravy.     We have so much competition that promotion is everything. Why do they want to come to the Ice game as opposed to taking some of those other options? Some of that is hopefully the product, a winning and exciting team, but a large portion of that too is what can we offer them.
