It’s funny how life works out sometimes. It’s funny how a terrible day can turn good, how hope can arise in the least expected of places.

Faith is a puzzle meant to take someone’s entire life to complete.

Not only are we dust in the wind, we’re dirt on the floor. We break down and join something else: whether we’re cremated or inhumed, eventually we all join the same thing. Something bigger than us. This is where we go, and where we came from.

I know the good things are there to make our lives beautiful, and this is the basis of life. It’s why we’re here. Life is simply beautiful.

This thing isn’t so serious, life. The greatest moments of tragedy are lost without a bit of levity.

Heaven, hell, purgatory: they’re not just for the dead, they are very much a part of living. The three primary modes of life—winning, losing, and waiting. Everything else we do falls on the spectrum between these three big ones.

What warnings has life given you in your darkest of times? Does it give anybody? The best works disturb, challenge, inspire. They expand your mind, help you grow. They make you stronger! Help you get through life’s worst moments when they actually come. A book is not a binky!
