Fear is the absence of Faith. Fear and Faith cannot co-exist. And when you are not in Fear, when you have Faith and trust the process of Life, then you won’t even need to lean on a crutch called God.

When an aircraft is flying through turbulence, the pilot advises that you fasten your seatbelt. Similarly, in Life too, when dealing with upheavals, you must learn to hold on to a great coping device – Faith. Keeping the Faith simply means trusting the process of Life; knowing that you will always be provided for, cared for and looked after!

Going through Life with Faith – trusting the process – and Patience is an art; and once you learn that art, you discover that it is actually a blessing!

Life = a series of complex, inscrutable, events, relationships, that in turns, bring joy and grief. The only way to deal with Life when it becomes challenging is to flow with it, with graceful acceptance. Accept that there are and there will be imperfections. Deal with them, with faith, with patience, to the best of your abilities…and keep flowing…gracefully accepting what is and working calmly on what can be…

The key to deal with Life's upheavals is to remember that every phase in Life has a tenure. So, we must trust the process of Life. And go with the flow. Faith and Patience are critical to flowing with Life. Just cling on to them like you would to a raft in choppy waters…Life will take you to the shore, to where you must arrive. Always.
