NEVER make ISSUES out of things especially wth children...the moment they become ISSUES..they are most likely to stay in their heads as issues of their lives ! That is where most adult ISSUES come from.....

Have the courage to walk away from a fantastic deal, if the person on the other side is disprepectful or trying to pull a smart one on you.' Temptation should never rule a deal, the value should, fairplay should and acceptance on either side that the deal is being made for the value being created for both!

We need to pay as much attention to the MEANS, as to the END! This is the biggest principle of SUCCESS..The END is so enticing, that we lose sight of the details altogether..Success lies in the DETAILS!
