One way or another, all humans are superstitious.

People have a tendency to either fundamentalize things or philosophize things - those who fundamentalize things, boast about heritage, and those who philosophize things, boast about intellect. I say, neither heritage nor intellect is to be placed at the supreme altar of the human mind, instead what we must place in our mind's altar is people.

There's no humanity, there's only degrees of animality.

Human brain is fundamentally racist, for every brain is born with tribalism embedded in them meant for self-preservation. It takes a lot of resolve and ceaseless, civilized self-correction to break free from that tribalism.

It is much easier to conquer outer space than inner space.

This is what nationalism does. It blinds you to rational arguments that may threaten the integrity of your nation's image, just like fundamentalism blinds you to rational arguments that may threaten the integrity of your religion's image. It's a smoke screen created by the mind and sustained by the mind by means of sentiments which are mostly biases in action, set in motion to protect your barbaric allegiance to your little tribe.

The mind makes stereotypes, because the mind wants to survive. Conquer those stereotypes and you'll start to live, not as animal but as human.

No conviction is beyond scrutiny, for even the strongest of convictions may hold the most despicable of biases, which if left unchecked, can destroy an entire society.

Prejudice is grounded on sentiments, that's where reason must intervene, and coldness is grounded on logic, that's where warmth must prevail.
