Meditation is not about any philosophy, spirituality or a religion. Its a path less path. Its a silent journey from slavery to freedom. Its all about composing beautiful symphony of life with ultimate joy, love and peace.

Unexamined thoughts, habits or action may offer some deceptive gain or pleasure but eventually it takes away something most valuable from our life ,which we have ever wished for.

Drama of life may get gripping, intense or interesting but eventually it's still a drama.

Life offers many reasons to be alive. Death offers none.

Life is never as complex as ego would want you to believe.

In reality nobody can grasp anything permanently in life. Absolutely nothing. Somethings may stay in memory for a while but eventually that too fades away.

Accept, Acknowledge and Awake.

Liberation is the shift from 'What if?" to 'So what!

We are sailing in different boats and possibly we may possess a superior boat; but we must remember that we share the same river called life and death.
