No one is perfect. The important thing is to keep trying and to not beat yourself up over anything you did or didn't do. Just keep moving forward. Remember, you can't change the past. The power you hold to change anything is right now.

When you attach your identity to the past, you close the potential to what you can be in the present. You are not anything in your past. Release yourself. You have the power in this very moment to decide who you want to be. You have the power to completely reinvent yourself. Decide what you want and take action.

Instead of looking for love, look to love.

Don't become what you hate.

This can be the best time of your life or the worst time of your life. The choice is yours.

What if you treated each day like it was your last? What would you do differently? What would you be grateful for? What would be important to you? How mindful would you be? What would your interactions with others be like? How meaningful would your day be? How much depth would that add to your experience?

Don't look at the mistakes of others. Instead, confront and change your own behavior.

If people only understood the incredible power of a shift in perspective. To be different you must think, feel, and act differently. Change your perceptions, change how you feel about things, and then take action.

If you want something new or different, you must prepare to receive something new or different. Break routine, do something different, venture out of your comfort zone. Practice letting something new or different into your life.
