Every time you decide to do one thing, you decide not to do another. Keep this in mind when deciding what to do next. What is the consequence of what you are about to do? Will this action, or inaction help or harm you? Stay mindfully present! Empower yourself in the now.

You have a choice as to how you live your life. You have a choice as to how you feel about how you live your life. Make choices that serve you, that serve to both better your experience and the quality of your life.

Not making a decision, is a decision too. Don't give your power away!

Remember, your behavior is not based on your circumstances. It is based on your decisions.

Mindfulness introduces us to choices we may not have even noticed otherwise. Those choices can have a tremendous impact on our experience of life.

Instead of asking yourself what you should do, ask yourself what you want to do.

Whatever we do, we do because we get something out of it. If you don't like what it is you do, if you want to change what it is you do, look at what it is that you're getting out of it. Is there another way for you to meet this need? Or, is there something you need to address and heal?

I am the master of my thoughts and actions.

If you have to compromise your ethics to get it, then it is not worth having.
