Recognize the resistance and accept the change.

Just because you think it, doesn't mean it is necessarily true.

When we accept things it does not necessarily mean we condone them. Acceptance provides us with a choice of what we want to emotionally attach to, what we are prepared to be involved with and do something about.

A day doesn't have to be productive to be good. An unproductive day, a day with self-care and comfort can be just as good. Don't introduce judgment into what is. Accept and go with the flow. Things are good when you decide they are. All is well.

There is no way you should feel, there is only the way you feel.

If you want to learn to accept others, first learn to unconditionally accept yourself.

Everything and everyone at their own pace. Flow with not against yourself.
