We can't measure intent by outcome. Only each individual knows their true intent, and if they don't or can't communicate that, we may in some cases never know what their intent was. Being more patient, kind, forgiving gives everyone a bit more grace. Even in the case of ill-intent, we still want to rise above that behavior by not acting, reacting, in the same manner as the person who we were hurt by.

Everything takes practice, practice and more practice.

Don't be in such a rush to reach a goal, that you reach the goal before you are ready. Sometimes, we learn such valuable lessons along the way. Sometimes, we learn more about ourselves and discover that we actually want something different. Put your heart into what you do, but don't rush. Good things take time.

There is not one way that works for everyone. Work on self-awareness and mindful presence to zone in on what is and isn't working for you.

If you watch and pay attention, good or bad, people always reveal themselves.
