Your mind constantly seeks proof that will confirm your beliefs. If you have negative beliefs, your mind will seek to prove those negative thoughts. If you have positive beliefs, your minds will seek to prove those positive thoughts. Therefore, it is important to be mindful of our beliefs.

Peace, happiness, and love are a daily practice. Give time and energy to that which you want more of in your life. Invest in yourself for a higher quality of life. You're worth it.

When seeking forgiveness, remember, that forgiveness includes change. Don't just ask for forgiveness because you are sorry. Ask because you are willing to put the time and effort in to change.

How can you even know what you want, if you don't know who you are? Invest the time and energy into getting to know yourself. Get real with yourself.

The more you do something the easier it gets. Don't expect it to get easier, if you're not putting in the time and energy to make that happen.

Don't be in such a rush to reach a goal, that you reach the goal before you are ready. Sometimes, we learn such valuable lessons along the way. Sometimes, we learn more about ourselves and discover that we actually want something different. Put your heart into what you do, but don't rush. Good things take time.

Whatever you focus on is where you are putting your energy. If you focus on having problems, your energy will go towards having problems. If you focus on having solutions, your energy will go towards having solutions. Are you focusing on the right things?

Put a little soul in everything you say, in everything you do.
