Patterns will keep repeating until you recognize them and take action towards changing them. What are the patterns of your life? Are they helping or hindering you? Address those patterns which are holding you back. If you want a different outcome, you need to change what you are doing.

If you want to be someone different, you must first let go of your attachment to the memory of who you thought you were.

When making changes, having a partner can be a great motivator and provide tremendous support. Try and find someone who is also trying to do what you are trying to do. Find ways to support, help, encourage and cheer each other on.

When seeking forgiveness, remember, that forgiveness includes change. Don't just ask for forgiveness because you are sorry. Ask because you are willing to put the time and effort in to change.

Create daily habits that will create a higher quality of life. Remember, our lives become whatever we practice.

Whatever we do, we do because we get something out of it. If you don't like what it is you do, if you want to change what it is you do, look at what it is that you're getting out of it. Is there another way for you to meet this need? Or, is there something you need to address and heal?

You, more than anyone or anything else are the cause for most of your suffering. Only when you understand this will you be able to change this.
