It is time to move away from “My Computer” to “My Universe.” Time to move from crumbling earthly sanctuaries to the highest temple. Time to stop thinking about the cosmic insignificance of Man, and start thinking about the significance of the Cosmos for Man.

It is as if Nature has declared a harsh X prize; survive if you do, die if you do not.

Despite their enormous size and domination, the dinosaurs were booted out. Humans with their great brains may meet a similar fate. Perhaps, our successor will be a virus or a microorganism. It is their turn anyway.

Following the principles of meritocracy, the abdicated throne of the Cosmos awaits the deserving to pull the sword from the stone. Effectively, Nature created her adversary, a rogue who threatens the balance on Earth. Maybe the creation of a detrimental race was purposeful, but Nature has been known to experiment continuously and launch failing products from her labs.

The phenomenon of iterative evolution or the repeated evolution of a species from the same ancestor at different times may be the plan on a larger scale [for mankind], especially after a global purge.

The awakening of machines will be similar to that of Man, only quicker. Humans, by comparison, are characterized and limited by their slow biological evolution, late realizations, and easy distractibility. Man is too rich and blessed to compete against the single-minded dedication of the binary brain.

The classic flood-story allegory may be for real, and not in the past but in the near future. The coming pestilence and ruin is the flood that threatens to engulf humanity, and the arc is the rocket ship, under the leadership of the visionary.

Herd mentality is evident in both the orthodox and liberal camps, as every ludicrous proposition finds supporters, like a puff of air sweeping across a land of wind chimes.

The dual nature of the Cosmos will oxygenate our bodies as much as it will oxidize us out of it. Being a carbon-based life form, we would imagine carbon to be our friend, as much as silicone in bosoms.
