As I said when you elected me two years ago, there is a massive weight we must lift in our state and alone, I cannot lift it. Together we can. Now, I need you again to reform the system. I have a great vision for California.

I feel most comfortable with the way it is right now, ... Eventually, in a few years from now, you can re-address it again and see what the people of California think. You cannot force-feed those kind of things.

We have told them this morning that we will do that, ... We will have places for them and we will make sure they get treated the right way and get started again in their lives.

Today this is a site of devastation, ... but we will come together once again as Californians and as neighbors.

I'm a follow-through guy. Of course I'm going to follow through. Yes, I will run again for governor next year.
