A virtuous person enjoys happiness, peace and prosperity and is liked by everybody. Such a person is blessed with a long life.

They are blessed with peace, celestial bliss, tranquility and ecstasy; chanting and meditating, they live in supreme bliss.

So many times, Nanak is a sacrifice to Him; fruitful is the Blessed Vision, the Darshan, of my Lord of the Universe.

May you be blessed with that benediction which transcends worldly happiness, and may scholars show you the path !

In order to be blessed with a long life it is imperative that we become strong both mentally and physically . We should do all that makes our mind and body healthy and energetic.
