Start now. Make it happen.

There will always be judgment. There will always be people telling you how to live. It’s your choice to change for other people or to change for yourself.

You are better than none and you are worse than none. You, as yourself, have your own value.

To be selfish is to harm others in the pursuit of your own interest. It is not selfish to take care of yourself, to love yourself, to take time to be healthy. Self-care is not selfish it's necessary.

Change doesn’t require leaving your life behind and starting anew. You aren’t required to quit your job, move across the world, sell all your belongings, or start a new extravagant hobby. You can but you don’t have to. Change can be as simple as appreciating the joyful tune of a singing bird, the delicate shape of a soaring snowflake, or the pleasant hope of a sprouting sapling. You can make change as simple or complex as you please.

You can only do what you believe you can do.

You need to believe to achieve.
