It’s not the belief that I can do that limits me: it is the belief that I cannot do. I must stop doubting my ability. I must practice what I am not capable of. I must build the skills that have so long been an impossibility in my mind. This is growth: to do what I cannot do, not what I already can.

I will die, yes, that is true, but first I will live to my heart's content.

All good things start within, at the first good thought, the first good feeling. It all begins within you. Your heart, mind, and soul are filled with the possibility of a better world. Open yourself up to the possibility.

Does your home make you happy? This place, this sanctuary, that we call home should be a place that makes us feel joyful, safe, and at peace. Let your home be a place of beauty. Let it be that your home never makes you feel trapped, stressed, or drained. Having a place of sanctuary is very important for the mental well-being. No matter what happens in the outside world there needs to always be a place for you to balance out and recharge. Let your home be a sanctuary that gives you peace.

Focus on doing more of what works for you, not less of what doesn’t.

If you go with the flow, life will take you where it pleases, good or bad. If you take charge and fight, you can go anywhere that you please.

Be proud of your actions. Be proud of your attempts. Be proud of all the times you have tried to succeed. Be proud of your failures. Any attempt, if you put effort into it, is worth pride, win or lose.

Never let an opportunity be lost to you.

Don’t live by quantity, live by quality.
