When you commit to doing something every day it is hard. It seems impossible and you want to quit but if you just hang in there you will see it gets easier. Every day you get a little stronger. Every day you try a little harder. There will be times when you want to quit. Your mind will tell you to stop. You need to persist. You need to continue trying every single day. And one day you will notice how easy it has become to do something that seemed so hard in the beginning.

Never put aside what you can do today. If you keep pushing your responsibilities to the side, one day they will catch up in unfavorable ways. Just do a little bit every day. If you are consistent, you will get the results you want.

If you are willing to work for it, you can obtain whatever you want. Just put in the hard work and watch everything begin to move your way.

Everything you do has an effect on your life. It may be positive or negative. If you do positive things in your life, your life will give you positive experiences. If you live a negative life, it is a sign that you must change your actions in the day. Act more positively and your life will be more positive.

Don’t diminish the value of the good in your life by focusing on the negative. You may have a lot of bad in your life but you also have a lot of good. Appreciate what you do have.

Do more of what makes your soul happy.

Sometimes, you don’t need a reason, you can simply act out of passion. Do what makes your heart happy.

There is no point in wallowing as this life is as happy as you allow it to be.

Examine the energy you are sending into the world. Is it positive, loving and hopeful or is it negative, hostile and angry?
