When your car needs gas, you go to a gas station and get back on the road. You don’t stay at the gas station for the rest of your life. Learn to rest and never to quit. Remember this while you journey through life.

Don't believe that the day is without good. The very fact that you are consciously here today is a blessing of itself. Every breath you breathe, step you take, day you live is the greatest gift you can ever receive. Don't let those gifts fall away unappreciated. Live with joy in every moment.

Mistakes are meant to be learnt from. They do not define you or your life. They are simply teaching tools to prepare you for the next stage of your life.

There is no point in reliving your past, day after day, moment after moment. Look back only to smile at the beautiful moments and to review past life lessons. There is no benefit found in reliving your pain. There is no benefit found in punishing yourself. Your mistakes are with you forever and if you choose to hate them, they will haunt you for the rest of time. Live with your mistakes; they are a part of you now.

Allow yourself to make mistakes. There will always be times in your life when you fail but you can make that failure into a success by choosing to learn from it. Tomorrow is another day and another chance to succeed. Try again.

The only way to lose with certainty is to choose to quit. If you never quit, you can never fail.

Everyone belongs. You may think that you are different, that you are excluded, that you are disconnected. Even the fact that you feel alone groups you with a huge part of society. Have no fear that you are alone. Allow yourself to be included. Don’t let that critical voice inside your head tell you that you can’t join the world around you. You belong if you allow yourself to belong.

Change the way you focus on your life. Instead of focusing on your stress, sadness, and angry choose to focus on your peace, joy, and happiness.

We can be good or bad, in part or in whole, it is simply our choice. It is our choice to live with love or to live with hate, to live as the good or to live as the bad, to live in passion or to live in despair. Our life, our action, is our choice to make. We decide, with no one else to blame whether we will be good or we will be bad. Choose your actions wisely.
