Happiness is a result of the exchange surplus you create with the world. The more you give to the world and the less you take from it, the more surplus you create and that adds to your happiness balance.

It is possible to change yourself and change ‘your’ world. Your world consists of a small number of people like your family, friends, relatives and colleagues. By living peacefully with them, you can surely make your world better. If you are still left with more energy and life, then you can try and change the rest of the world.

Most people in the modern world are making their lives miserable not because they have no food, but because they eat excessively. The same goes for wealth. We must know how much wealth is needed to live a decent life and be happy.

Our world changes as our beliefs change and our beliefs change as our world changes.

It is not easy to see the reality as it is because our vision is always coloured with our beliefs, we create our own world by choosing our beliefs.

Happiness is the result of a positive experience of our inner world with the outer world, which in turn creates trust between us and the world.

We need to help others in order to make ourselves happy and create a better world. When we are only taking from the world and not giving anything in return, we are creating an imbalance in our spiritual energies. If we develop the habit of giving back to the world as much as we are taking from it, we feed our souls and lead a more vibrant life.

Knowing the world means having first-hand knowledge about it, which in turn means understanding ‘why the world is what it is’ and ‘why people are what they are’?

We are not only a part of the world but we are the world. The world is incomplete without us as it is made of people like us. Everyone is connected to each other just like every single cell in the body is connected with every other cell through a network of nerves and flow of blood.
