It increases our chances of succeeding. To play four straight days against this level of competition and expect to win, I think, is impossible. To do it three straight days is tough.

In order to come back against a team like this you need energy. We had no bounce.

Clearly, effort. That's all it is. Against Georgia Tech, there were some things that we could do better. Execution, defense -- that's one thing. But what happened against N.C. State was lack of effort.

His drive is really that he wants to compete against the best and be one of the best. Most great players, that's what the inner beast is in them. They want to conquer that and show they walk with the best.

You can call whatever you want against us, but it's got to be the same at both ends. When there's contact going to the basket, they call fouls. That's fine. But when my guys go to the basket and there's contact, it should be a foul. It's just that simple. When that doesn't occur, then obviously there's a problem there.

We played them before and we've had our success against them. We're probably different than a lot of other teams. So it's not that. It's more us. And that's what we have to deal with.

I don't understand the discrepancy. You can call whatever you want against us. It's got to be the same on both ends.
