Our understanding is that we are not likely to get any formal decision from the Commission until after we file our response in this proceeding, and that is due on the 15th of February.

In the interest of due process, we think it would have been reasonable for the Commission ... at least to read and review these new documents before criticizing them as being insufficient.

You have to sit and wonder if it wouldn't have been better to stay with that rather than the judge forcing the commission to go back and write a 96-page rule.
