It takes a really long time to realize this, but if you’re lucky you eventually see that you’ve got this life on this planet and you’re responsible for really loving yourself. And I mean really, really, really loving yourself. Love is never a corruption. I’m talking about loving yourself with a true love, a love that’s incorruptible and everlasting.

If people want something to be wrong about you— they are going to make things wrong about you. That is why it is my belief to never try and prove anything to anyone. Real diamonds belong to people who know how to spot a real diamond; they don’t belong to people who need to be convinced that they are real diamonds. It’s the idiots who need to be convinced of something that they cannot already see.

I've learned, that not all worth is measured by price. I've found so many gems that didn't cost me much!

Perhaps we are all shells; but some of us have found the pearls inside, and this makes all the difference!

Personal enlightenment within an individual is a beautiful and often shocking process. We are shocked when we see the shadows for the first time and realise these things are in us! But it is only when there is light that there can be shadows and when we see our own shadows, this is evidence of the light! Rejoice in the discovery of your own shortcomings! They are the evidences of the shining sun! And as you turn towards the sun, the shadows will be behind you.

That spark you felt ignite inside you, that split-second vision that you had of yourself bright like the Sun -- believe that! Believe that.

When the demons start coming out— that's when you're nearing the light! It's hard for cockroaches to stay put without all the shadows. So in that case, keep on going!

If nobody in the world were to think that I am a good person; I wouldn't care! I am aware of the fact that goodness does not materialise due to popular opinion! Goodness in fact is a state of the heart, and the heart is something that is only seen by those who have good enough eyes to see it. I am in fact more interested in being good; than in maintaining the appearance of goodness.

When will people learn, that it is no measure of spirituality to look at our fellow human being, and say to him, "I am on the side of God, come to this side." The only measure of spirituality, and the only measure of God, is to look at our fellow human being and say, "We are in this together, your God is my God, no matter what the name is or even if you don't believe at all. We are still all in this together." We touch the heart of Heaven, only when we reach for the heart of another.
