Reason and peace not hatred and violence is ever the best way and ever shall be.

Ethics should dictate our beliefs because they are more enduring. Decency and kindness will be ever thus while human beliefs might change with the times.

There was something peculiar I noticed when about thinking about freedom. Everyone wants it but less are willing to extend the same freedoms to everyone. Seems inconsistent to me.

Do not identify with symbols, slogans, or statues because they can be destroyed and manipulated. Place your faith in freedom and decency because those ideals are eternal and cannot ever be taken from you.

In the long run, politics is nonsense. Too many families have been damaged over a lot of self-serving people. The people around you matter far more than some politician you will never meet. All of them.

We must see others all as valid people to be people ourselves.

It is curious that so many offer loyalty to people they shall never meet but never make allies with many they do.

When I look upon all the human inflicted harm on others and consider the decency we might offer instead, it can lead me to despair. Yet for all our endless flaws I still find hope in our ability to reason and find solutions.

Don’t fight for flags, symbols, or politicians, or generals, because they will not fight for you. Instead fight for rights and for decent people, fight for a better future if you must fight.
