Life is so messy. It's heartache and headaches and bedhead and tears. Then life is glorious. And then it's messy all over again.

I'm embracing my vulnerability and authentically sharing my truth in the hope that maybe it will help one other person share her truth, and then another, until we have an army of truth tellers ready to stand in love and hope instead of fear and exhaustion.

When we choose to share our voices and our journeys, we all rise, we all heal, and we all learn to love ourselves--and each other--a little more.

I can breathe deeply and accept my journey in between the good and the bad, and appreciate that all my life experiences have shaped me into the woman I am today.

If we can share our own interruptions, our real life experiences, we can better navigate those interruptions with grace, and move forward to stand in power in authenticity and truth.
