We need to learn how to navigate our minds, both the good and the bad, the light and the dark, so that ultimately, we can create acceptance and open our arms and come home to ourselves.

Life is so messy. It's heartache and headaches and bedhead and tears. Then life is glorious. And then it's messy all over again.

I'm embracing my vulnerability and authentically sharing my truth in the hope that maybe it will help one other person share her truth, and then another, until we have an army of truth tellers ready to stand in love and hope instead of fear and exhaustion.
