If you are lonely, if you have got nobody around you, then turn your loneliness into something. That something should be worth to your loneliness.

Emotions in my opinion are not something we should act on rather they are cryptic messages that we need to understand.

Because if there is something to be ashamed of, it is not stupid or bad things we did, it is not learning from them.------

I was so afraid of being sad, I never gave myself any chance to be happy
