Be assured, a God who spoke the universe into existence would not need grains of dust to fight holy wars for him.

We are told that religion says: 'God gave us brains' - and then they also quickly add: '-but God doesn't want us to use them'. Ridiculous.

Christians believe their God gave us all free will - strange that for over 2000 years, they have tried to take that choice away.

The hatred the 'Christian' right wing harbors for the SA Constitution is not htere because of an absence of 'God' in state machinery and the excised phrase 'in humble submission to almighty God' - but because it no longer places THEM in a position to claim that THEY represent the will of that 'God' and to act as though it were true.

If you hate others in the name of God, you should be looking within to see where it stopped being about God and where it started being about YOU.

How do YOU know what God meant? Did he whisper into your ear? Did he put the knife in your heart? Did he put a gun in your hand?

Religious fundamentalist haters and terrorists are not just saying that those who disagree with them shall give account to their God for our lives in the hereafter - but they are saying tat we shall also first give account to THEM.

If all people were to be judged by ‘right and wrong’, nobody would be wholly right or wholly wrong - for have not all people ‘sinned and fallen from the glory of God’? It seems more than a little unfair (and unhinged) that some folks with at least as much ‘sin’ themselves as any gay or trans person, like to jump up and down and point fingers at what other people are up to in their own lives.

If God made gay people, then did God not intend them to be gay? Did the Potter's hand slip?
