The not so funny thing about life is that you will continue to repeat the same scenarios throughout life, if you don't learn from each experience. You are are doomed to repeat each and every one until you do. It's not the most optimal thing to hear , but it's the truth. So open the book to your whole story and learn from it , it's never too late.

The truth, that you seek out or stumble upon, will not always be a positive one. We must learn from all truths, the good and the bad, to become completely whole. This journey, my friend, will not always be peaches and cream. However, I can tell you, it will be worth it.

Live truthfully and your story continues to move forward. Live dishonestly and you will repeat the same chapter over and over.

Let children speak their truth. It is what they know. Learn from each other. Your truth is valid, no matter your age.

Not reacting to everything & everyone around, one can see things much more clearly and for what they really are. When in a heightened emotional state, one can easily become blind to the truth.

Even if you don't tell someone yes or no with words, your actions will speak for you. Don't leave someone hanging on by a maybe. Be honest with yourself. Speak the truth or it will speak for you.

Behind almost every "I'm just kidding", there's a bit of hidden truth. A truth that you may be hesitant to reveal , in order to protect someone or yourself. Leave all the kidding aside and disclose the truth. Better the truth from you now, then from someone else later

Pretending to be someone you are not is much more exhausting than living your truth. Furthermore, all those around you will eventually tire of your performance.

Avoid those who purposely walk around their truth, yet have no problem bumping you into yours.
