If spoken words are not followed by positive sincere actions, you know where you stand in someone's life. So don't sit around waiting and hoping for change. Stand up!

Every time you allow yourself to think less of you because of what someone has said or done to you, you give away a bit of your personal power over to them ,until they obtain it all . These hurtful words and actions have nothing to do with you , but everything to do with them.
