When you lie to anyone, including yourself, you must carry this extra baggage around with you everywhere you go. Lighten your load and simply tell the truth.

Rather have a quick sting of the truth than a constant burn of a lie.

Rather have the raw truth , than a cooked up lie.

I will be the first to admit, I have been judgmental of myself and others in my past. This was at a time when i was lost, had no personal values, no purpose, and didn't like myself much. I refused to be my own judge and jury of my life . So instead, I passed life sentences onto others without hearing or even caring about their whole truth. When I finally dealt with my own demons and learned my own truths, I realized I had no right to judge another's path that i never stepped one foot on.

Until you live your life by your truth and no one else's, you will continue to live a life of lies.
