God has no interest in creating ordinary men. Yet, it’s amazing how many men repeatedly make decisions that make them less than ordinary.

One of the greatest goals of all is to recognize the commonality of the grand that only appears uncommon because it is missed by the ignorance of our souls turned sour.

A ‘good’ leader recognizes that they have been granted the uncommon experience of leading common men. A ‘great’ leader recognizes that of all men, they are likely the most common.

Great things are born of common people who understand that to bend to the weight of fear is to crush the dream, but to bend to the weight of the dream is to crush the fear. And it is adhering to the former that keeps them ‘common,’ but it is committing to the latter that renders them entirely ‘uncommon.

While the expression of our humanity might vary to degrees both large and small, the corporate essence of that humanity does not. Therefore, never let those borne of lesser agendas lead us to believe that I am not you, and you are not me.

Common sense is one of the most unused commodities available to man.

The miracle is that the brilliance of the miraculous can live in the blandness of the mundane. The greater miracle is that we have enough brilliance in our own blandness to see it.
