True nobility is to exercise power as a servant to all and master of none.

Having a noble idea does not make me noble. Acting on a noble idea still does not make me noble. What makes me noble is to realize that nobility is simply putting others before myself and acting on that. And in that sense, we are all called to nobility.

An idea, regardless of how noble it might be, is only an idea until someone has the idea to act upon it.

I can be equipped for a cause or I can be committed to one. The former might win the battle, but the latter will win the war.

I can live out the entirety of my days and never take a stand. Yet, if this is true, I have in fact never lived out my days. Rather, I died without living at all.
