Will we choose to be the ‘pieces’ that our sin has blown us into? Or will we turn to the God who can pick up each one and gently assemble them into the ‘whole’ that we’ve never known simply because it’s a ‘whole’ that He has never forgotten?

A puzzle with all of the difficult pieces discarded is not about the loss of the puzzle. Much like life, it is about the loss of the picture that the puzzle held for us.

What I would be quite wise to remember is that ‘pieces’ are not the end of what was, but the beginning of what is to be.

Much like life, you don't complete a puzzle by throwing away the pieces.

Life requires all the pieces, not just the ones that we tend to like.
