There is sheel (the highest state of conduct in worldly interaction) when not a single living being is ever hurt even to the slightest extent through the mind, through the ego, through the antahkaran (the mind-intellect-chit-ego complex). Sheel arises for the one who maintains such an intent.

If ego & illusory attachments (myness) leave, then one can attain moksha (ultimate liberation).

No one in this world is a ‘doer’. To say that ‘I am doing,’ is egoism. Illusion continues to prevail under the umbrella of egoism.

Egoism is not required to run sansar (worldly life). Egoism is required to create our next life. If you do not want to create next life, the sansar can be run without the ego. Entire sansar is in the form of ‘discharge’. That’s why the ‘discharge’ will happen on its own.

People exercise egoism that "I cannot maintain control" for that which is in the form of 'discharge'. It is also egoism to say that ‘I am able to control’. We have taken the troubles that do not belong to us on our head. Because of this, one wanders around in a troubled-state!

Ego is considered one’s own wealth. Profit or loss of endless lifetimes comes into ego. Whatever is one’s ego, that is how his medium will be and that is the kind of light of his intellect he will continue to get. If his merit karma (punya) is high, his buddhi (intellect) will be high.

When we believe that the difference of opinion occurs due to only our own mistake; then we will reach the end of the worldly life. There is no other solution. To solve is our a hidden egoism. Why do you have to look for a solution?

If we clash with someone, it is our own weakness.

If this ego did not exist, then the world would not be this crazy. It is due to the ego that there is misery. Keep doing your work; there is no problem with that. But the ego needlessly stirs up mischief.
