Merit Karma (punya) is a ‘file’ [that which needs to be dealt with, with equanimity], and demerit karma (paap) is also a ‘file’. Merit Karma make one lazy in spiritual progress and demerit karma keeps one in awareness.

Firm decision is that which once made, will remain forever. Then you will find its link ahead. You will even find the right timing. If you change the decision, then you will not find the link ahead. If you make one decision, then you make another, then you will attain it but not on time. What is more, you will get it in pieces, it will not be smooth and continuous.

Whatever firm decisions (nischaya) you have made; only those will bear fruit. You do not have to do anything else.

Giving a donation is an effect (prarabdha – effect of past lives deeds), and the (illusory) self effort (cause for next life) is the inner intent that prevailed while making the donation.

You are free to enjoy what is yours, but happily enjoying what is not yours will bind a strong karmic knot, and ruin many more future births. But that knot will loosen up through pratikraman (apology) and one will have the opportunity to become free.

Whatever consolation you accept, that much penance will be deficient.

There is nothing in this world that will bind you. Only where one enjoys the women other than his own wife, that will bind one.

Bhaav (intent) created through agnan (knowledge with ignorance of the True Self) has to be filtered through Gnan (Knowledge of the True Self). Each word will have to be filtered, only then will the [spiritual] work be accomplished.

What is the cause of karmic bondage? It is agnan (ignorance of the Self). What is the cause for moksha (ultimate liberation)? It is Gnan (knowledge of the Self, the Pure Soul).
