The body is doing the action, body’s spare-parts are doing the action, and the egoism simply does the egoism of, ‘I did’! A sweet taste of subtle pride arises from this and one lives on the basis of this. He simply tastes the subtle pride of ‘I did’, ‘I suffered that pain’, ‘I enjoyed that happiness’. The one who becomes free from this subtle pride is liberated. Why does one keep tasting this subtle pride for infinite lives? Because one has never tasted the sweetness of the Soul.

The more the intoxication (of knowing) increases, that much farther God remains.

Pure Ego (shuddha ahankar) and Pure Soul (shuddha chetan), they are both the same. Pure ego means that there is no anger-pride-deceit-greed in it.

There is Soul where there is no anger-pride-deceit-greed and where there is anger-pride-deceit-greed, there is no Soul there.

The main fault is our own, which proves that no one else is guilty. What is the mystery behind this? If Soul does a fault, then it becomes a problem. Soul does not commit any fault. Soul functions as seeing & knowing (observer) which gives rise to body complex (the Complex of intake and output). From that, all these problems arise. And that too does not cause suffering. The belief that, ‘I am this’ causes suffering. No one else is guilty.

Is there a Parmatma (Absolute Supreme Soul)? There definitely is, and the Parmatma is within you. Why are you searching for it on the outside? But only if someone opens the ‘door’ for us, can we have the vision of the Parmatma, right? This door has been closed shut in such a way that no one can ever open it by himself. Only the Gnani Purush (Enlightened One), who has become free from all bondage, can help others attain the same.

People ask, ‘Did the soul do all this?’ No, it is only scientific circumstantial evidence. How is that? If you stand in front of a mirror, then even if you do not wish for it, does your reflection not show up “exactly” in the mirror? The soul does not have the power or the ability to walk but due to karmic discharge (of previous lives deeds) it is able to go all the way to the abode of the liberated Souls (Siddha Kshetra).

It is very difficult to know the Living Conscious Self (Soul). What you have known is living non-conscious self. Living non-conscious self means mechanical self. Anger, pride, illusion, greed, attachment-abhorrence, mind-intellect-chit-ego are all mechanical self.

I’ do not know [how to do] anything in the worldly life. ‘I’ do not know anything at all. ‘I’ know only about the Self [The soul]. The Self is the Knower-Seer; that I know. Whatever the Self sees, I can see that.
