My-ness' is itself parigraha (possessiveness). An object is not parigraha. A Gnani (enlightened one) does not have 'my-ness', he has eternal element (Pure Soul)

Continue with whatever it is that you have been doing, except for attachment-abhorrence. If ‘we’ stay in our state of Pure Soul, attachment-abhorrence will not occur.

That which cannot be seen by the eyes, nor heard by the ears, is ‘chetan’ (Soul, eternal element). That which can be heard by the ears; 'Television' can be seen, a ‘record’ can be heard; all that is not ‘chetan’. The ‘chetan’ can only be seen with divya chakshu (divine vision).

Gnan (knowledge) of every living being of the entire world exists in a Soul. However, only the Gnan that is able to see the ego and everything as gneya (object to be known) is considered as 'Gnan'. Yet, that is still ansh-gnan (partial knowledge), and is considered as upayog (applied awareness as the Self) from that moment on. Where there is Gnan, there is upayog, either partially or completely.

Where there is pleasure of pudgal (non-self complex that which charges & discharges) there is the worldly life. And where there is the bliss of the Soul, there is liberation.

The one who lives as his worldly name [as the relative self], he will have worries for sure; the one who lives as his Real Self (as Pure Soul), he has no worries.

Ego is not a thing. When you believe ‘I am this…I am this…’; it is all ego. ‘I am Pure Soul’ is the only egoless state.

There is no moksha [ultimate liberation] without complete dissolution of the ego. Place of Origin of the ego itself is karmic bondage. As long as ego exists, there is worldly entanglement. Ego is non-soul and what is more it’s nature is to actively procreate.

You are free to enjoy what is yours, but happily enjoying what is not yours will bind a strong karmic knot, and ruin many more future births. But that knot will loosen up through pratikraman (apology) and one will have the opportunity to become free.
