Our thoughts are always pulling us into the future or the past, away from the present. But it is in the present moment that we find Spirit, our essential being and the force that animates all life.

If you are fully aware in the moment, there is only love.

If you have your full attention in the moment, you will see only love.

We can shift from time-bound awareness into timeless awareness . . . to the ecstasy that can only be found in the present moment.

All the happiness and fulfillment that humans yearn for exists in the present moment.

Now is the moment that never ends.

Consider that in this very moment, your body is changing as it reshuffles and exchanges its atoms and molecules with the rest of the universe - and you're doing it faster than you can change your clothes.

When you stay in the moment, you have all the time in the world, and whatever needs to be done will be completed in the exact right time.

Once, when we were discussing a world peace project with my teacher, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, somebody asked him, Where is all the money going to come from? And he replied without hesitation, From wherever it is at the moment.
