There is nothing more attractive than a person who radiates simple unaffected humanity.

Pay attention to your self outside the realm of your experiences and you'll discover that there is a light there, there is a love there. Love of one, love of all, merge into love, pure and simple. It radiates from you like light from the sun.

There exists within each of us a natural state of simple and open awareness in which we feel happy, light, and at peace. In contrast, the state of suffering, or unhappiness, is complicated.

By dwelling on negativity, we prevent ourselves from living in the simple state of well-being.
