We didn't want to go that kind of pace. An 80-point basketball game was not one that we were going to win and we couldn't figure out how to slow it down.

I think the first quarter and the last minute of the second half decided the basketball game. Then we give up a 10-point lead. If we would've went into the locker room up 12 instead of six, I think that changes the whole complexion of the basketball game.

We were due. It's fantastic for these seniors to be able to finish it like this, especially at home. This is a big one for us. Bonner is a great basketball team.

We've had some tough basketball games this year. There's going to be some tough ones down the road. The Perry game Tuesday is just as important to us. Tonight we came out with a real sense of purpose and things worked out well for us.

The bottom line is we're going to be playing onehopefully twovery good basketball teams. We're going to have our work cut out for us, regardless. A month-and-a-half ago, we were in the bottom of the barrel.
